What have fibromyalgia patients done to lessen their pain?

flutterbee My doctor told me I am Vitamin D deficient. I also have Fibromyalgia. Are all Fibromyalgia patiants deficient?

flutterbee You cannot go wrong with a German Shepherd! They can stay outside without problems, are very loyal, potective, and intelligent. Retrievers are great dogs as well but do not do well when left alone. The German Shepherd is a bit more independent and will fit...
