Why give away money?

Why does the US pour out millions of dollars into other countries. Am I missing something? I don't ever hear where the government gives back our citizens the money that it spends on others. Wouldn't that be great. Headline news...

Does anyone know why caffeine dehydrates you?

I don't understand how coffee because it's caffeinated can make you dehydrated when the majority of it is comprised of water. When asked if I drink water I tend to think I do but coffee, tea, ect doesn't really count. Why?

In the summer I can't stand to use the stove because of the heat it puts out. I prefer to use the microwave but the food doesn't seem to taste as good. If I knew how to barbecue I think I would prefer that over all in the hot...
