How to avoid Diabetes? I'm still in my 20s

I'm thin and I'm in my 20s. I want to know the ways on how to avoid diabetes because I don't want my get my leg amputated. my poor leg. I want to be healthy :)))

forestger Your going to get any of your leg be amputated if you don't value your health. Have balance diet; eat fruits and vegetables, exercise at least 3 times a week. Simple but effective.
