i am in the mist of trying to get healthy not only for myself but so i can be around for my daughter. this is truly a hard thing to do as i love sweets but i am borderline diabiatic. i have asthma and always have pain in my knees...

Dollyswallowjiang Hello , I have a good idea i think ,because it is usefull for me ,it is eat a little at the dinner time , and do more exercise at the morning ,if you fell hunger drink some water .
