sweet8684girl I prefer to make my own so I can doctor it up according to the mood I'm feeling at the time. Peppermint extract, vanilla extract, extra sugar, etc. are all yummy additions. Although they are easier and more convenient, somtimes the mixes taste artificial to...

My favorite is gouda with tomato and fresh basil. It's so, so good.

TereFaerie Swiss and bacon with just a couple leaves of spinach on wheat cooked in garlicky butter. Day-yum, that sounds good. Your gouda, tomato and basil sounds good, too, mmmmm.

JJLoa44 I have the same as yours, but with a good buffalo mozzarella. I will have to try it with gouda instead! Either that or I do a croque monsieur type thing - either the traditional combination, or a mozzarella version.
