frozenicecubes I've been in love with the person that I can't have for the longest time now, I'll do everything to make him happy and sacrifice my feelings for him even though I'm hurting because I don't want to loose him as a friend.

As a Coffee or Tea drinker, can you sleep after drinking them?

There are people just love coffee or tea so much, it won't even affect them having a good night sleep! First of all, is it healthy? Since the caffeine meant to "wake" you up? To fall asleep meaning one has getting too much of it?...

frozenicecubes Drinking coffee makes me awake depends on how much tablespoon of coffee i put on my mug, but usually 1 to 1.5 tablespoon is enough to keep me awake to do my job for the whole night especially when i work graveyard shift.
