How to background defocus in photoshop

I have a interest in both photography and photo editings. Most of the time I click photos with clear view of object and background 'cuz I've always thought things can be edited later on. My camera is not SLR, so beground defocus...

solution to USB Device not recognized..!!

When I pluck-in the USB cable of my external drive to my pc, it shows "USB device not recognized" Can anyone tell me how to make my hard drive working again as I'm unable to open it.
