blueunicorn Fortunately our kids bounce back more quickly than we do as adults. I don't think you will be too late. You may have some catching up to do, but try not to think of it in terms of being too late. You are an awesome parent!

sid556 you poor lady!! Your son has the right to an education. I would be going public with this. It is just wrong. If they don't have the means to offer him what he needs then there should be an alternative and at their expense. Your poor son is going to have esteem...

cher913 well i know my mom spends over $100 on my kids each (they are 10 & 14) but my hubby and i are suffering financially so we spend about 60 on each child if that. it just depends on what we can get on sale!
