fyrechsr Well I was simply passing info on to you. Just in case that one person with children tries to rent and gets turned down because of your "NO KIDS' policy. You will be ready when you get served court documentation that says your being sued. Happy Posting

fyrechsr Well that is what I was thinking. I did look in the lease and it states in there that there is no rollerblades, skate boards or bikes allowed on the side walk. I guess scooters fall under that too. Apparently they want the children in the streets.

fyrechsr The examples you gave are a little less than murder. Of course people would help in those situations. Which could be handled with out murder. This guy shot and killed 2 people because they were stealing things. I am sure what they were stealing was not worth...
