Hi friends, do you do exercise everyday?

Doing exercise is good for health, but sometimes I skip it because I was tired back from work. May I know do you usually do workout? If so, what exercise do you do? Do you like exercise?

ggbell I exercise every single day. Even if it is just a 45 minute walk on the treadmill. I feel great afterwards.
