gedebook2004 I don't like people late in their work. The target work will not soon finished because one or more people late. They might be bit lazy. The laze must be vanished.

gedebook2004 no. Format just deletes partition table. Both of Defrag and reformat aren't damage your harddisk It's may cause of physically damage. not from software.
