Many kind of vegetables are good for health,so please keep in the freeze and fresh it then eat.

geeta poudyal vegetables are good for health but if freezed properly then or else all the vitamins will be gone if not done properly. like keep it inside the polly bag but make a small small hole to keep the vegs good and fresh
