does anybody live wit social anxiety.. please tell me wat there going through? I been takin antidepressants 4 like 5 months now they helped me alot, but still how can i get rid of this horrible thing thats haunting me.

gemini_chavez27 i will be around people but when they start talkin to me i get nervous like i dnt kno wat to say! yea sometimes i try to buck up but it gets to the point that i start shaking n get all red!

gemini_chavez27 I have tried antidepressants and they have helped me alot.. i suffer from social anxiety n its really bad.. its not like there gunna be lookin all dumb n high, u jux feel alot better!!!!!!!!!
