genieLyn1 I believe that there are many advantages to learning a second language. One major thing is to one can earn money with it will doing a full time job.

What Are The Best Ways To Cook Chicken With Low Calories As I Dont Want to get bulky but I still love chicken

genieLyn1 I think you can stew the chicken. For soul food you will stew the seasoned chicken with browning. This will take of a lot of fat off the chicken. I think its best you don't eat too much gravy because that part has the oil from the chicken.
