ggaaiill I can guide you with the steps here is how :) If you are using Internet Explorer, click TOOLS on the menu bar and select INTERNET OPTIONS, in the Internet Options window, under GENERAL TAB, click DELETE FILES and DELETE Cookies button. Then click SAVE
