It's been so hot around here lately, so I've started taking several showers daily just to cool off. After a nice shower or bath, my blood pressure goes down and sometimes, I get sleepy. That's not so good, in the middle...

glitterati I'm addicted to showering because it makes me feel so calm and relaxed. I take showers at night and in the morning. Also, if I take a shower at night and then realize I have to go back out again, when I come home I'll use that as an excuse to take another...
