Alternative to fruits

I am not a fruit eater. I think I eat fruits very seldom. I guess maybe like up to 5 times only in a year. I know it's bad but I puke whenever I force myself to eat it. Do you have any alternatives? Your responses...

gohargreat no way.. there is nothing alternative of fruit no drink or no other thing. i am also not a fruit eater, but if you dont like eating fruit why not drink their milk shakes or some thing like that? but i am 100% sure that nothing can ever alternate them thanks...
