why tennis scoring system in the points of 15 luv, 30 luv, 40 luv, not 45 luv before game point? anyway, it is luv or love, why? please enlighten.

I always wonder why don't Muslims "Mohammad Followers" offend Jesus as the christains "Jesus followers" offend Mohammad every now and then? there should be something in Islam Doctrine that prevent them from do so.!!!!!!
