gorgeousdreamer I had constipation for many times before I had hemorrhage. That's why I am very careful with the food I eat to avoid straining when defecating.

gorgeousdreamer Thanks for that. The doctor said I should drink plenty of water. Before I had hemorrhage, I don't drink a lot of water, which caused me to be constipated. The doctor said constipation can be a reason to have a hemorrhage.
