gpitts432 You cannot quit for your cousin, you have to quit for yourself or you will relapse eventually. Your cousin should be more supportive. 3-5 is very very good. Im a smoker and wish i could limit myself to 3-5 a day!

gpitts432 Best pork chop recipes ive had: season both sides with just salt and pepper..brown in a little oil. Chop up 1 or 2 medium onions. put pork chops back into pan, cover with just enough water to cover the chops...add onions..cover and let simmer for a few...
