2 houses very different - which one would you pick ???

These two houses are on the same street. If this is what you had to pick from which would you pick?? Ask questions if you need to - to help you decide. Both are in fairly good conditon. Both will need a new roof in the next 3 to 5...

gptcharts I think $2,000 is not a big difference in price. If you can afford to buy the big 1, why don't you take the big one? maybe you won't see the advantages now, but who knows in some years ahead
