We can keep a tab on the calories we burn vs calories we take in... this will help us check whether we are tending towards loosing weight or not. Now there are gadgets to tell us how many calories we have burned if we have walked...

Politicians leave no leaf unturned to start the blame game. Another chance to poke at AAP for the Delhi jams. But the Delhi-Gurgaon jam weighs heavily against AAP.
