Gramjen There are a lot of really cool dance moves and routines. How do they stay so fit? It seems like they are able to do things that would take a massive amount of muscle, yet many of the performers are very petite. Do they do P90X or something?

Gramjen It's true, the circumstances around such events can be very difficult and there is a great need for people who have first aid and CPR training to help respond to needs until more developed efforts can be organized and put into action.
