How many hours for proper sleep???

i have lots work in day..i got only 5 hours to sleep in day..i have to sit & work computers for hours..my sleeping hours good enough????

gtazok i think it's not 4 hours or 12 hours the adeguate time to sleep. the thing is to enter into the r.e.m. phase, when we dream. after that,you can feel yourself good rested, even if you sleep 5 hours ;-) imho obviously

gtazok I think the best solution is to have at least one laptop, connected via wifi, for the mobility and light works; and a workstation wired, for the brute-power gaming or working. many of my accessories are sadly wired, because i bought them looking for the price...
