Im not a physician but my only suggestion is dont control your diet but dont eat anything 1 day in a week. That day you should have only water. Then it will guarantee show you a change in your life. Suggestions r welcome.

mine is " why is it that power destroys our world? it has the ability to make choices or influence outcomes,it has the ability to control everyone......such as POLITICAL POWER,NUCLEAR POWER and etc...
