do you have a relative, or a parent, or a brother or sister that is an oversea filipino worker?these workers are risking high to work abroad and are sacrificing not being with their family just to earn much more in the country...

gugart1818 if the mother didn't care for that child..ask that mother if you can adopt it andthen if mother agrees that you can adopt her child go and adopt it^_^
