Jo Ann I also have lost a lot of people in my life. My husband and my daughter are the ones I miss most. I don't blame you for being sad. I am too. We need to love whoever is left in our lives.

Kayla Tsukino It's healthy to grieve for those lost. There's no set schedule you have to follow. As long as you keep going and keep living. That's what those who left you behind would want. There's help outthere and people you can talk to, if you need a shoulder.
