weight loss

I feel as if I've been on a diet my whole life. Is there a secret to weight loss? Even to maintain it is crazy. Its always the last 10 pounds. Any crazy suggestions?

lonewolfnan The main ideas behind most diets is to lose weight .An idea instead may be to not gain the weight in the first place.To do this,you have to look at what you eat,when you eat,and how much you eat.Maybe there are emotional reasons for your eating(ie..comfort...

Personally, i thought that V for Vendetta was a great movie and has to be one of my alltime favorites. What did you think of it?

mmiller26 I LOVED this movie. The story was compelling, the actors did an amazing job, and V was a sympathetic character. The guy who played him did a great job of getting his emotions across even hidden behind the mask. The part where he let Evey go after her "test"...
