gurucool Thanx for tat useful bit of advice n u will be happy to know tat i am careful in looking into the shows people do but waiting really is very hard but after ur advice i think i need persevere more.

gurucool Sorry to know ur anemic but itz easy to handle just got to have a lot of green veggies to be added to ur diet if it doesn't work then u can take iron supplements.

gurucool Itz good to know tat u have resolved to donate blood in the future but if ur a female u have to be a bit careful about your hemoglobin level so better get it checked before u donate.

gurucool How much do you donate if itzzz a pint per month then itz way to high than the allowed limit i think itz i pint per 3 months if u donate too often ur at a risk of developing blood cancer due to too high haematopoeisis.
