Do we need a debate on over-worked cricketers?

While none of the cricketers are complaining (except for occasional expression of opinion by few) do we need to really debate about over-worked cricketers?

gururaja Though each cricketer, irrespective of whether he is in the team or reserves get his share of salary and gifts, uninterrupted game makes him homesick, feel tired etc which in due course will force him retired early.
