scribe08 In my opinion, despite the use of Information & Technology in passport offices, the process has to be streamlined so as to favor the end user. There are several bottlenecks that sometime makes application to public services almost impossible.

scribe08 I do get requests from totally strangers and most of the time I ignore the requests. I had a bad experience of letting few unknown guys to be friends and was later on frustrated by their nasty comments and inconsiderate behavior.

scribe08 Recognizing the contribution made by others requires lot of mental fortitude. Though it is human tendency to claim the credits and pass on the blame, I have always tried my best to give credit to others' work.
