scribe08 In my opinion, despite the use of Information & Technology in passport offices, the process has to be streamlined so as to favor the end user. There are several bottlenecks that sometime makes application to public services almost impossible.

scribe08 Nice menmonic but the hardest to follow. The harder part is this - how can you expect that the 4 billion odd people, who do not subscribe to your belief system, to follow this seemingly easy steps to heaven?

scribe08 Lewis Hamilton also started with a flourish but has slowed down a bit. But Vettel seems to have the exact talent and to match with that the invincible Redbull car. I hope his dream run will continue for years together.
