hapangel I advise you to do more exercises,this causes larger than normal vomumes of perspire to be produced,you will feel thirst.

Which Fruits are good for Diabetes Patients?

My mother is recently diagnosed with diabetes. She has been very careful about her diet. I think eating vegetables and fruits could be healthy but i am not sure which fruits could be good for diabetes patient.
