amitaps exercise a lot it will make your heart strong ........ eat less oily food as it increases colestrol which causes heart problem

theprogamer Get more vitamin C and make sure to increase intake of B complex vitamins as most can help with bloodflow (along with nervous system). I'd also recommend more potassium in the diet, and most certainly reduce sodium and fats. Lifestyle-wise, reduce stress as...

whiteheron There are a lot of things that your sister-in-law can do to naturally reduce blood pressure. The ones that are normally listed included: Decrease Weight Increase Activity Level - Exercise Stop Smoking Decrease Sodium - Use less salt and watch sodium...
