heatherp I actally did speak with the teacher at the beginning of the school year and things were better until last week. I brought it up again and she is keeping an eye on things. Thank you for the advice about the principal/vice principal as well.

heatherp I wish I could sned my children to private schools. There is so much junk in the public schools now.
