CarolDM We all have to find what works for us. I do deep breathing exercises daily and try to focus on anything positive. Calm and quiet helps me as well.

paigea I typically have less energy than everyone else. I have been making a point of drinking my water, eating right and getting exercise. It seems to be helping a little. My back and legs hurt less than they used to and that helps me keep going.

Courtney Sorry his uncle passed. I tend to cry at wakes and funerals no matter if im there cuz its someone i know, or just because of supporting a friend/family member. Something about them just make me cry no matter what.
