Does anyone else out there live with OCD? If so what are some of your mannerisms? How do you cope? With meds or without?

heeyimkelly In my opinion I dont think medicine would work... I think the only way somebody can get over their compulsions is to restrain themselves from doing it just once so they can then begin to not do it more often.. Although for most people that is hard.. including...
