helpme901 There is the worst part of the dipression is this that you are not able to control your thoughts. like why he said so why it happened to me etc. Even while working these thoughts troubles you and some time later you realize oho I am not able to do the work...

helpme901 The state of being God is called "self realization" what you are and from where you have come, knowing this is called self realiztion. Mahamtma Bhuddha attained this state and became God. Am I wrong? There are many yoga system in to achieve this.
