Is exercise the best way to keep urself healthy

They say u should have 1 hour of exercise in a day to keep u fit enough.Is it true.....I am having such a tight schedule that I am not able to achieve this.What can be other methods.Help me out.

i watched a programme on tv recently called deadliest catch,its about fishermen that fish crab in the freezing cold weather,it was amazing...does anybody know about this??

helpout yeah,they can only fish for 3 or 4 weeks a season,but the money they make for those 3 weeks is amazing
