hemabala12 Yes. I do agree with you. The thief wasn't baptized. I think, if some one is too sick and is bedridden, or one accepts Christ on ones death bed.. it would not be possible for that person get baptized. But there are others who have heard the gospel and refuses...

hemabala12 I do agree with you. There are many denomination practicing many things. The Bible teaches us believe, repent and be baptized. We have to practice what God ( The Bible ) says, coz we are going to be judged according to the Bible and not by any man made laws or...

Is repentance only for unbelievers or also for believers ( born again )also. I think repentance is for both. Those who do not know Jesus as their personal Lord & Savior must repent for their past sins and believe and get baptised....

hemabala12 Thanks for the response. Yes repentance is for both. for unbelievers to turn to God and for believers to remain closer to God. we human are prone to sin.. let's ask our Lord to give us the grace to choose not to sin when they come our way.

hemabala12 Thanks so much for your esteemed response. According Acts7:10 - "Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret but worldly sorrow brings death." Yes, believers of Christ need to repent for their sins, but Jesus has commissioned us...
