Working at Night..is it good or bad?

I was a call center agent before for 3 years. So far I haven't had any bad feelings or got sick from working graveyard shift (working at night). But I'm quit alarmed since I got a lot of news and messages from people and friends...

Heuer14 I think its bad for your health because the body works the best under sunlight and thats why when you work at night shifts or in warehouses they put those brightlights to trick your body as if its daylight but its not
