heyitsmenicole I'm probably wrong, but I remember somewhere that steaming or cooking vegetables you actually lose the nutrients in them. But some steamed or cooked jsut taste better and vice versa. I prefer squash cooked rather than raw. But I prefer celery raw rather than...
