highflyingxangel Sadly my mother is pretty gullible so it's easy to convince her of things that are not true and that others know otherwise, but you know how that goes. I'm glad she's not considering it now. It makes life easier.

highflyingxangel You're welcome! I think the term hermit crab comes from the fact they live alone in their shells. However, don't quote me on that, I'm not so sure about it.

highflyingxangel The only time I ever had a problem with a smelly crab was when one of mine passed away. If you actually keep the tank clean and properly care for it, they do not smell.

highflyingxangel Well it has to be done. Skip doing it for awhile and tell your boss. I'm sure you'd be fired daily, they'd lose any accredidation and probably be shut down. Oh yeah, and you'll have a lot of sick kids.

highflyingxangel I just find it strange that after you have signed forms, teachers are not allowed to apply anything. I mean, if you have parental consent, it should be OK. That's how it is in every center I have been in.
