good1030 agloco will be a good way for earning if it really start to run the business, but seems until now the toolbar still not available to be downloaded, it's been at least half year from they implement their website and told people that they are going to run this...

saierchok well, there are many easy simple programs that can do that, starting with windows pain and ending with photo brush!! try to search google for free downloads/ photo editors and try any of them.. they all work..
