how to handle high cholesterol

my doctor said i had high cholesterol and i dont know what i should do i was doing good then i started on the soft drinks and i had mcdonalds the other day plz tell me what i can do to stop this its hard to stop.

i know it followed my daughter home the other day it was so cute was lost poor thing but i hope that he is back with his owners. he went to the lost dogs hom. have you had a dog that followed you home?
