theproperator When I ws young and swam a lot, I could hold my breath underwater for about a minute and a half. I don't go swimming much anymore, so I can only go about 30 seconds or so nowadays. It takes practice to keep that skill, I've found.

ironstruck I think most people are doing well if they can last one minute.. that can be a very long time. Some can only do much shorter and some are much longer.
