For sure we want to consume something as fresh as possible. Take milk for example, we want fresh milk, and unless I have a cow at home to produce fresh milk everyday, I still have got to resort to milk powder instead.

I actually posted the same discussion at Yahoo Answers but they all seemed to agree that canned food is just as equally good and nutrtionally balanced.

Oh. so it's not. I thought it's the same, no doubt there will be added preservatives as in all food, but I thought in term of its nutritional values, it's just the same. Normally I would buy canned tunas, sardines, baked beans, soup... no hassle... just heat...

Some years ago when I was still in high school, i have the habit of sleeping right after lunch for at least an hour or so, but still I am as thin as before.
