Mao Ze Dong was the founder of PRC. He has been known as a BEST leader in the country, but recently more and more evidences come out, it seems that he was not as good as what the Chinese government has been saying all the years....

Hello, mylotters. you all want to be healthy, I think you surely have many many ways to keep healthy. Maybe different people have different ways. Would you please tell us all to share your good ways to be healthy ?

hunanlisenlin I don't think eating something as chemicals will do good to our health. Getting nuitrition from food is very good way to stay health.

hunanlisenlin I agree with you completely. But I often can't find suitable time to do in the same as you do. Moreover, after work , i think it is very tired to exercise . I want to exercise in the evening ,but when the time comes, something else may stop me doing exercise....

We have changed our hours a few weeks ago. We used to spend the whole night up and now its the opposite, we sleep at night and are up early in the morning I wish I could get used to it but I just cant. I start working...

hunanlisenlin oh, my sleep situation's the same as yours. Every night when I want to sleep, there are many trucks and cars and cement tanks whistling back and forword for almost four hours until dawn.That really makes me mad!
