How many hours do you need?

I am really missing my bed right now! I get 8 hours of sleep every night and 12 hours on the weekend. I was told that some people can even function with 5 hours of sleep!! How many hours do you need to feel rested?

Bhagyashree Suvarna It actually depends on my motivational level though. Normal days I get around 8 hours of sleep and few of the days where I feel extra responsible and motivated I capture 6 hours of sleep approx.
