Khushali Thakkar I keep looking forward to the cheatmeal days. Hahaha! It's so tough. I'm a big time foodie and resisting the temptation for food is biggest test of self control which I often tend to fail. Haha :p

Khushali Thakkar This is the simplest and the most healthy way of staying fit. Papa is a diabetic patient and this has been his remedy since he was of my age :)
